Corporate Responsibility – Community Commitment

Responsibility to the community is everyone’s responsibility. We are a Canadian based company that provides information for local communities. These same communities have many worthy organizations that have a need for assistance.

As a broad spectrum statement, we will donate 5% of our net proceeds from each city website to a local charitable organization based in that community.

Our target charitable organizations are Food Bank and Veteran Assistance programs. With that said, we are affiliated with and support the Society Wired website. You will find some of their products in our store where a percentage goes to the same charitable organizations we support.

Food Banks are an essential requirement for many and keeping their shelves stocked throughout the year helps with fewer people going hungry in our communities. These food banks sometimes also offer those who are struggling with additional quality programs that just need funding.

Veteran Assistance is also one of our causes that our owner feels very strongly about. Our veterans should be taken care of from beginning to end. It is our duty to make sure those who give of themselves to protect and serve us are taken care of. When our criminals in prisons are treated better than our veterans, something needs to change.

Our company’s daily actions extend beyond philanthropic activities with the integration of those activities into our overall business goals. Social Responsibility is in the forefront of our daily exposure.
